Code of Conduct
When users contact Blade personnel for assistance we will always:
- Be welcoming and courteous;
- Be polite, fair, and respectful;
- Be helpful and responsive;
- Listen to understand your needs; and
- Do our best to communicate clearly and provide information suited to your needs.
In return, we ask that users:
- Be considerate, friendly and patient;
- Be respectful of other people, opinions, and viewpoints;
- Be understanding and strive to resolve disagreements constructively; and
- Choose your words carefully and refrain from all forms of harassment, including but not limited to:
- violent threats or language directed against another person;
- discriminatory jokes and language; posting sexually explicit or violent material;
- posting or threatening to post other people's personally identifiable information;
- personal insults; and
- derogatory, racist or sexist terms; unwelcome sexual attention.
