Code of Conduct
This code describes how we at ZeroH and Blade Labs expect to behave, and how we expect the people who work with us to behave. It reflects the same principle the product runs on: earn trust, and leave evidence.
How we behave
We are honest about what the product does and does not do. We do not fabricate figures, signatures, or compliance claims; where a number is illustrative we say so, and where a capability is not yet live we say that too. We handle the data you entrust to us carefully and only for the purpose you gave it.
Respect
We treat customers, partners, and each other with respect, free from harassment or discrimination. We expect the same in return in every interaction, including on the live demo desks and in correspondence with us.
Integrity of the governed system
The governed spine, the masking layer, and the audit ledger exist to keep everyone honest, including us. We do not bypass them, disable them quietly, or ask anyone else to. An action that cannot be audited is not shipped as done.
Reporting a concern
If you see behaviour that falls short of this code, or a security or privacy concern, tell us. Email patrik@bladelabs.io and we will look into it and follow up. We do not retaliate against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
