This policy explains how ZeroH, a product of Blade Labs, handles personal data on this website and in the governed demo experiences we offer here. We keep it short because we collect little.
What we process
When you email us or book a demo, we process the contact details you choose to send: your name, your email address, your organisation, and anything you write in the message. We use those details only to reply and to arrange the demo you asked for.
This site uses cookieless, privacy-respecting analytics. We measure aggregate page views and referrers to understand what people find useful. We do not set tracking cookies, and we do not build advertising profiles.
The live demo desks on this site send your input to our governed API so it can run a real, masked, receipted job. That input is masked host-side before any model sees it, and is not used to train models or sold to anyone.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for automated decisions that produce legal effects about you.
Retention
We keep demo-request correspondence for as long as we are in contact with you about it, and then for a reasonable period for our records. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, or to ask who the data controller is for your region, contact us and we will help. Where a specific legal detail is not settled on this page, contact us rather than assume.
